These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dreamsvogue.com, operated by Dreams Vogue ("we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using our website, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you don't agree, please don't use our site.
Orders & Custom Designs
Most of our products are made to order. If you submit artwork, text, or a design for a custom item, you're responsible for ensuring you own it or have permission to use it — we don't verify ownership on our end, and we reserve the right to decline any design that appears to infringe someone else's trademark or copyright.
We take reasonable care with sizing, cropping, and placement of uploaded designs, but final print positioning may vary slightly from the preview shown at checkout.
Order Issues
If there's a problem with your order — it arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted — please contact us within 2 days of delivery at dreamsvogue@outlook.com with a photo. See our Refund Policy for full details on how we resolve these.
Printing & Color Accuracy
We print most apparel on Bella+Canvas 3001. Colors on your screen may vary slightly from the finished product due to differences in monitor calibration and the printing process — this isn't considered a defect.
Shipping
Once an order has shipped, Dreams Vogue is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or incorrect address information provided at checkout. See our FAQ for estimated production and delivery timeframes.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise noted and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and our other supported payment providers at the time of purchase.
Order Cancellations
Because items are made to order, we can only cancel or change an order within 1–2 hours of purchase, before production begins. Contact us as soon as possible at dreamsvogue@outlook.com if you need to make a change.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Dreams Vogue owns the intellectual property rights for the content, layout, and original designs on this website. You may not republish, sell, or redistribute material from our site without our written permission.
Cookies
We use cookies to operate our site and understand how it's used. By using dreamsvogue.com, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreams Vogue is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
