Jackets ship directly from our partner warehouses in Canada and the United States. Most orders arrive within 5–15 business days. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.
Jackets shipped from the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes on delivery. Where each jacket ships from is listed in its description.
Returns & Exchanges
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Email info@dreamsvogue.com with your order number. We'll send you return instructions — please don't send items back without contacting us first, as returns go to a different address than the one they shipped from.
- Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving instructions.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
- Damaged, defective or wrong item? Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
