Because items are made to order, we can only change or cancel within 1–2 hours of purchase, before production starts. Contact us as soon as possible at info@dreamsvogue.com and we'll do our best to help.

Email us at info@dreamsvogue.com right away with your order number. If production hasn't started, we can update it; once an order has shipped, we're unable to redirect it.

Most orders are printed and shipped within 2–5 business days, then delivered within 5–10 business days depending on your location. You'll get a tracking link by email once it ships.

Yes. After production, delivery to the USA typically takes 5–10 business days, and Europe and other countries 10–20 business days. Customs fees may apply depending on your country. See our Shipping Policy.

Shipping costs depend on the item and where it's going, and are always shown at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping offer is applied automatically.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also check status from your account under Order History.

Most of our apparel runs S–2XL, with select styles available up to 3XL/5XL. Check the size chart on each product page before ordering, since fit can vary by style.

Each product page includes a size chart with garment measurements. We recommend measuring a shirt you already own and comparing it to the chart rather than relying on your usual size alone.

Most designs are printed on Bella+Canvas 3001 — combed, ring-spun cotton, with cotton/poly blends used for heathered colors.

PNG with a transparent background works best. We also accept JPG, SVG, AI, and PSD files. If your file isn't print-ready, let us know at info@dreamsvogue.com and we'll do our best to help.

You're responsible for any design you upload. Please only submit artwork you own or have permission to use — we can't verify ownership on our end, and we reserve the right to decline a print request.

Yes — you see your design on the product in our Customize Now tool before you order. Want us to double-check it? Email info@dreamsvogue.com with your order number within 1–2 hours of ordering, before production starts.

Because each item is printed to order specifically for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@dreamsvogue.com with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Winter jackets and accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn with tags attached. See our Refund Policy for full details.
