Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the item and where it's going, and are always shown at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping offer is applied automatically at checkout.

Made-to-order apparel

T-shirts, hoodies and other printed items are made after you order. Production takes 2–5 business days. After that, delivery typically takes:

• Canada and the United States: 5–10 business days
• Europe and other countries: 10–20 business days

Winter jackets and accessories

Jackets and accessories ship from our partner warehouses in Canada and the United States and usually arrive within 5–15 business days. Where each item ships from is listed in its description.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Orders containing both printed items and jackets or accessories may arrive in separate packages.

Customs, duties and taxes

Items shipped from Canada to Canadian addresses have no customs charges. Jackets shipped from the United States, and orders shipped outside Canada, may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country, which are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll update it if your order hasn't shipped yet. We can't redirect packages once they've shipped.
