Returns & Exchanges

Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with tags attached.
Email info@dreamsvogue.com with your order number. We'll send you return instructions — please don't send items back without contacting us first, as returns go to a different address than the one they shipped from.
Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving instructions.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
