Printed items are made just for you, so they can't be returned for size or change of mind. If one arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, email info@dreamsvogue.com within 2 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. Winter jackets and accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn with tags attached.
